Our beers are aged in old wooden barrels that have contained different alcohols (wine, spirits). During this aging of 4 to 12 months, the beer will capture the complex aromas of the wood, and of the ancient alcohols previously contained in these barrels. This maturation will bring a complex and delicious aromatic palette to our beers. The beers in the An'Artiste range are tasting beers, in a limited series. They are vintage, and numbered. The capsules are carefully waxed to guarantee aging in your cellars.
