Amatriciana sauce is a very easy, quick and tasty pasta sauce. A typical Roman dish, born in the gastronomic tradition of Amatrice, in the province of Rieti, Amatriciana is prepared with very few ingredients. Spaghetti, Bucatini, rigatoni or Mezze Maniche are usually served with the amatriciana sauce.
