The essential oil blend in this roller creates a very relaxing minty scent with peppermint and wintergreen (known to help with headaches) combined with chammomile and lavender . It rolls great on the wrist, back of back of the neck for massage or to dot on the temples. I don't know that it's going to cure a migraine, but it will help the process!
