Wash your hands 2. Pull the applicator outward and insert the tampon into the applicator 3. Insert the applicator into the vagina leaving the string outside, then place the tampon 4. Once used, wash the applicator with clear water and soap (do not boil). Once dry, store it in its case. ⚠️ Prolonged use of a tampon can lead to a risk of toxic shock syndrome (TSS).
