Since we started making FishSki Provisions Jalapeno, Hatch Chile, Cheddar Grits customers have requested us to sell bulk packs of our outstanding grits. Here in 1.5 lb bags is the best whole grain, all natural, Non-GMO, coarse ground blue corn grits you will ever taste. These corn grits were grown and milled by the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe in the Four Corners Region of the Rocky Mountain Southwest. Corn has been grown and milled longer by Native Americans in the Southwest than anywhere else in the U.S. Packed by FishSki Provisions in New Mexico in 1.5lb resealable bags. They make a delicious base for shrimp and grits, cheese grits, grit cakes or as meal during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Minimally processed, these grits contain no artificial additives. Simply cook with water, broth, cream or milk for a wholesome, satisfying meal. Naturally gluten-free. These grits are plain and contain no peppers, cheese, or spices. The packaging is cute for retail, however, we are going to use it in our kitchen as part of our newly formed lunch menu. We are a bar located in an old house built in 1870, so we do not have a commercial kitchen. We are able to crock pot and use griddles. My son and I just had some for lunch and had to run in to the 'ol computer and place another order, because I know that once this goes on our menu, we will sell out the 1 case each that we have.
