Wholesale Bracelet with Pendant

Hand-forged by Mr. Phet and Thone in the village of Ban Naphia, Laos. The pendant and the body of the bracelet are made from aluminum recovered from unexploded ordnance found in the Plain of Jars — material melted using the sand-casting technique, coordinated with UXOLAO clearance operations. Rigid bangle with aluminum pendant. Sand-cast aluminum, without plating or coatings. Water-resistant. Each piece displays imperfections typical of handmade work. We pay for the aluminum and the workmanship in Ban Naphia: the more that are sold, the more work there is in the village.
