Candied Jalapenos is our number one pickled product, it is technically, and it goes great as a snack, on cream cheese, pitas, tacos and more. It's sweet and warm and our version really is a step up from the normal mass produced cowboy. We use fresh jalapenos, and during the normal growing season, they come from Cadiz, KY from a friend who grows them for us. In most cases, it's picked to canned in less than 48 hours and we think it makes a difference. Made by hand in 15 lb batches and packed tight for more jalapenos per fluid oz. We also dump most of the brine, it makes it less sweet and a little less "bitter" finish most big brands do. We are a certified food manufacturer, and although small, this product is something we can make year round, and the two of us managed over 21k jars last year. We can private label for your needs too.
