This wine sees an extended aging period extended in the cellar to develop a creamy texture and nuanced character. Nestled in the Sacramento River Delta, Clarksburg is well known for producing vibrant Chenin Blanc. This wine hails from a single vineyard there. The grapes were picked at different stages of ripeness to created added complexity. • 2023 | Heringer Vineyard | Clarksburg, CA • Certified sustainably grown grapes, 100% herbicide-free farming • Fermented in stainless steel, aged on its lees for 18 months • Dry style • No added ‘natural’ or artificial flavors • Contains less than 0.5% ABV
