Sea salt from Crete, collected at cliffs at Kastelli in western Crete. This is an unrefined sea salt and it has lower sodium content than regular table salt. Sea salt, compared to ordinary table salt, is rich in useful minerals and trace elements such as potassium, magnesium, iron, calcium and zinc. The color of the salt may vary depending on what minerals it contains and may contain natural impurities. Does not contain iodine added.
