They are not treated with fire-retardant. * The photo displaying the candle is only to demonstrate these are candle-ready bowls, we do not sell candles. When purchasing this item, you will only receive the dough bowl itself. Important note: Average size of this size dough bowl is 15" however it could be off by a few inches either smaller or larger due to being made by hand. * We use natural wood and may have small imperfections such as knots, grain variations, and color variations.
