I have complained officially to this company that the most recent shipment was nowhere near that is good to taste as the first two or three shipments I had bought from them and they are refusing to do anything about it. I would not buy from this company again.

This is not the same quality as I had bought on previous shipments. This is Christmas time. This is not the time to NOT send me their very best quality. And all the other shipments you could distinctly smell the rum. You can’t smell anything on this shipment, and then l, when I open the box to taste it, the flavors nowhere near as good as it was on the first shipments I had received. I sell in a luxury shopping mall I can’t have lower quality. That’s why I taste everything.

Some of the chocolate was slightly melted but very good job with shipping …the packaging you used for how hot it is down south here in my state in the United States they did arrive in pretty good condition despite the hot weather. The chocolate with rum is incredible. I will order more.
