Wholesale Fleur de sel from Île de Ré with wild garlic

A delicate fleur de sel harvested by hand on the island of Ré between La Couarde sur Mer and Ars en Ré, in the heart of the Ré salt marshes. We added wild garlic, harvested in spring. This mixture will be ideal for your plant-based recipes, whether in soups, savory pies or salads. As always, in a zero waste approach, we package it in a glass container with cork jar. Our new labels are more easily removable in order to easily make a new use of your jar
