Where there’s Smoky Spice, there’s probably fire (and a lot of delicious food, too). This is one of our favorite, most complex blends we’ve ever created, all sourced from single origin small farms across the world. Smoky Spice is built upon a base of rich, sweet Smoked Pimentón Paprika, which comes from a protected region in Western Spain where sweet red peppers have been grown and smoked for centuries over oak coals, imbuing them with a savory depth and gorgeous color. We blend this with sweet, nutty, and slightly chocolatey wild mesquite powder, derived from wild mesquite pods harvested and ethically sourced in Argentina, as well as garlic, sea salt, black pepper, chipotle powder, a touch of organic coconut sugar, and Silk Chili - a warm, mild Turkish variety of the Aleppo pepper.
