This new gin pushes the requirement of responsible sourcing even further: 99% of the raw materials used are French and from organic farming. Juniper berries, bergamot, lemon verbena, lemon verbena, iris root and sage: a bouquet of spring plants warmed by the gentle bergamot sun. Iris is an enchanting profile of freshness and enigmatic charm. This gin is produced from grape pomace alcohol, distilled in Vaucluse in Vaucluse on a Stupfler® still, which eliminates a maximum of sulphurous compounds.
