Wholesale 1965 Kosice - Czechoslovakian Stamp -Postage Stamp Jewelry - Vintage Postage Stamp Necklace - Antique Bronze

This is a pair of French clip earrings in an antique bronze finish and features a 1965 Czech Stamp from Czechoslovak cities series. The Stamp depicts Košice, the biggest city in eastern Slovakia and in 2013 was the European Capital of Culture. The city has a well-preserved historical centre, which is the largest among Slovak towns. There are many heritage protected buildings in Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, and Art Nouveau styles with Slovakia's largest church: the St. Elisabeth Cathedral, which is illustrated in the stamp. The images were taken from real, used, vintage postage stamps to make an asymmetrical pair of earrings and may have post office cancellation marks. Size of earring is 18mm and they are lead and nickel free. Earrings are water resistant but not waterproof, I recommend removing before showering, bathing or swimming.
