Ooh La La is a neutralizing base coat that will help conceal your visible nail line and improves the appearance of the natural nail.  It is intended to be used as a French Manicure base coat. Ooh La La – a sheer light pink shade that can be used to create flawless French Manicures  You only need 1 coat and this base coat is self-leveling.
