Fabulous items at good prices - the downfall was the communication - The day after placing the order I wanted to add 2 more items but this wasn't possible even though the items in the original order hadn't even been picked.

My experience was disappointing. The quality of the items was subpar, and unfortunately, many of the essential oils had leaked. I reached out to the seller, but received no help. I had to break the seals on the remaining products just to check their quality. After following up, the seller replied, stating they would 'hunt around for some replacements.' However, I never heard back after that - I'm still waiting for a resolution a considerable time later. It has put me off ordering from them.
