Brooklyn Biltong Grassfed Naked flavor only has 3 ingredients: Grass Fed Beef, Apple Cider Vinegar and Real Sea Salt - that's it! Biltong is the South African version of beef jerky. Instead of drying our meat with heat and adding a bunch of corn syrups, we dry our grass fed beef with air and keep all sugars far away from it.
