While I was very disappointed in the value and pricing of the product I purchased, I do want to acknowledge that the company responded quickly when I reached out and immediately offered a refund upon return. I appreciate businesses that are willing to address customer concerns. That said, I still stand by my concerns regarding the pricing and overall value of the item received, which did not match what was being represented.
