An exploration of light, translated into wool. An immersive extension of the Tesser Collection, Tesser Vistas is inspired by sunlight as it passes through windows and across the layered facades of New York City. Drawing from these fleeting moments of light, shadow, and reflection, the collection transforms ephemeral urban landscapes into woven form. Each rug is hand-knotted by skilled artisans in Bhadohi, India using 100% New Zealand wool and crafted at a density of 70 knots per square inch. Crisp geometric compositions, subtle carving, and a carefully sheared surface create a sense of depth and movement while preserving the clarity of each design. Constructed using traditional hand-knotting techniques, every rug features a natural latex-free backing free from synthetic adhesives, allowing the craftsmanship and material integrity to remain true to the centuries-old tradition. Designed as both functional objects and collectible works, Tesser Vistas brings warmth, texture, and architectural character to contemporary interiors. Available in a range of standard sizes, with custom dimensions available upon request.
