I bought two hats. One is exceptionally beautiful. However, another is just really poor quality. It was supposed to be hand painted. But the snake looks like a 🍆. The steer head is almost a big blurry mess. Can’t tell what it looks like! Just not what I expected. Hopefully I can give it away. Because the quality I expect for my boutique is just not there

Overall the hats are cute. I however was not happy with how they were shipped and the lack of communication. I ordered 2 different styles and they were stacked on top of each other in the box (smaller on top) with nothing in between and no buffer. This caused the larger one to dent/crease and the top one had some damage from shipping. There were a few spots where they were burned too deep. I can’t sell these at MSRP. I’ll probably just have to use them on mannequins.
