Handmade Baby Rattle
I was trying this company out and all of my shipments had issues. I had my product come without eyes sewn, it wasn’t replaced but offered a discount for next shipment. I took the bait, next shipment that came with damaged item.. it was replaced but shipped in my next order, I took the bait again..next round, an item was not included and discrepancies in sizes. There’s always an excuse but it’s always an inward excuse favoring themselves over customers. Very disappointed.
