Everything I ordered from this brand so far has been beautiful, except for these brown pine cone taper candle holders. I was very disappointed with the look and quality of these items. They do not look like the photos at all.

Hello, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are so glad to hear that you have generally been happy with your other purchases from our brand, but we are truly sorry that the brown pine cone taper candle holders did not live up to your expectations or match the photos. We always aim for our product images to accurately represent what arrives at your door, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the quality and appearance of this item. As noted in our direct outreach yesterday, we have offered a credit to your account to help make this right. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us, and we hope to provide you with a much better experience on your next order. thank you, Kalalou- Christie —Kalalou • Nov 5, 2026

These appear to be pot metal, not brass. Finish is a dull brass color but poorly done.
