The shoulder straps are fully adjustable (perfect if you are petite) and can also be worn in a halter or creatively tied. The center front tie can also be removed and used as a scarf. Fabric: Cold Rayon The fabric is called cold rayon to distinguish it from our other previous flat rayon. Just like our previous Tropical Cranes and French Feathers fabric, this rayon is colder to the touch with a silkier finish. It has no stretch (except with bias cutting and the elastic panels).
