It's topped with milk chocolate and walnuts, then finished with drizzled dark and white chocolate. It has a taste that is unequaled in the world of toffee. Don and Laura Ross founded The Toffee House in 2002 and have enlisted the help of their 9 children, along with 5 sisters, 3 brothers, 2 siblings-in-law and countless nephews and nieces.
