Enjoy the nostalgia of Kähler’s handmade design traditions. With the family of snowmen from Kähler’s Hammershøi Christmas series, it's easy to bring some authentic yuletide spirit into your home. All snowmen come with small painted wooden arms that can be put on and taken off. Also, all are decorated in different ways using motifs from the Hammershøi Christmas series, painted in watercolor by Rikke Jacobsen and transferred to the snow-white porcelain. Hans-Christian Bauer is a Norwegian-born industrial designer who graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen in 2010. Hans-Christian has designed the entire Kähler Hammershøi series with great respect for Kähler’s artistic legacy, design history and handmade design traditions.
