To maintain the crispy flavors of minute-ground herbs. According to botanical scientists, Greece happens to be where some of the most praised varieties of oregano thrive. The higher the altitude it grows in, the more flavourful it becomes. Ours is harvested from remote felids founds over 900m high throughout mountainous environments.
