Our whipped honey with Lemon is made by slowly churning raw clover honey until it becomes buttery, and mixing in fine lemon peel (lemon zest) for a rich, sweet and tart heavenly taste. This is perfect in hot tea, over cheesecake, or spread on baked goods for a light and sweet lemon frosting.
