The flu care can be applied to any pulse point including the neck, wrists, spine, armpits, and feet. The Natural Vapor Rub is made with Olive oil, & Shea butter. I then add Beeswax and Essential oils of Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Peppermint, & Clove for a natural flu treatment that will ease the discomfort of any cold or flu. Apply a thin layer to chest, neck, & bottoms of feet. Breathe deeply! Safe for all ages!
