Our deliciously fun and crunchy scape pickle is lacto-fermented with just salt for 6 weeks, with no vinegar and no water, and seasoned with our potent and flavorful, immune boosting, hand-milled and roasted spices. Winner of the 2021 Good Food Awards, our Scape Pickle is a real crowd favorite, a little like a local caper, and great on just about everything, from hummus to hotdogs. Try it on mashed potatoes, top a salad, with dumplings, in tacos, bagels & cream cheese, and the list goes on! Our newest version is in a 6 ounce jar.
