Vegan Pastrami Seitan- Bulk, Chicago Pick Up Only

A 10 lb. case of plant-based Pastrami Seitan (2 x 5 lb. bags), ideal for food service. This item is only available for pick up from our Chicago warehouse. Some items are made to order, so we request a 10 day lead time, but will let you know if items are in stock and available sooner. After your order is received, a team member will reach out with the pick up address, hours, and instructions. About Pastrami Seitan Pile it high on rye bread with spicy brown mustard and a kosher pickle. Dress it up with vegan Russian dressing made with plant-based mayo. Cooking Instructions: For food safety cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Lightly coat a pan with oil (optional) and cook over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, or until heated through. For crispy plant-based bacon, cook in a bit of oil. Can also be baked directly into or on top of your favorite dishes. Storage Instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. If frozen, run package under cold water for 10 minutes or move to fridge 24 hours before cooking to thaw. Heat and serve. Enjoy within 5 days of opening.
