After this phase, the grapes are pressed and the must passes into casks where it stops for three years. ORGANOLEPTIC CARD Brilliant golden yellow color. Concentrated bouquet of dried fruit, walnut husk and honey. Important structure with an evident sweet note balanced by good acid freshness. FOOD PAIRINGS It lends itself to the classic combination with Tuscan cantucci and small dry pastry. Excellent with medium and long aging sheep cheeses.
