Customer service was amazing! The tea itself is beautiful in every way. From the packaging to the artistic labels, to the flavors, it is all excellently put together! We have loved every tea so far. I can't say anything negative about this product. I find myself brewing a cup just to watch the glitter do its magic! Hands down my new favorite product for our shop!
