Nordic Wild is made from Swedish wild lingonberries and blueberries. The heat comes from our own oak-fermented habanero. This sauce is a Nordic organic alternative to “Tabasco”. Good to sprinkle a few drops on any dish that needs some chilisting, such as meat, salad dressing or burgers. Strength 4/5
