DeLallo Pink Vodka Sauce isn't a decadent creamy cheese sauce or a tangy, rich tomato sauce, but both! This “pink sauce” is an instant favorite, combining nutty Pecorino Romano cheese, heavy cream and red-ripe Californian tomatoes in a fresh vegetable soffritto with fresh garlic. A splash of vodka helps to bring out the tomato’s rich vibrant flavors during the cooking process.
