Emerald earrings scheduled to ship 11/25–11/26 & did not. Vendor stated they were “in production,” then changed the timeline to up to 8 weeks, which is not disclosed. After missing the deadline, vendor claimed the earrings were damaged & had to be remade - yet they arrived damaged anyway. Emeralds were not as described. Emeralds were thin surface slices & not faceted stones. One was unevenly, both had dented & damaged bezels & mismatched greens. Vendor should NOT be on Faire.
