CERTIFIED ORGANIC This complete sugar, originally from South America, is obtained by pressing sugar cane and then evaporating the water, before being grated (hence its name). Originally from Costa Rica, Rapadura VIJAYA Cane Sugar is unrefined and has an irregular grain size. Its high molasses content gives it a dark brown color and a slightly caramelized scent. It awakens the taste buds and offers intense taste pleasures. However, it should not be abused and consumed in moderate quantities.
