I pinged the company multiple times about the purported 11/15 ship date. No answer. Faire only replied, "You can cancel the order." My customers wanted the new Orchestra Planet books, so I kept the order. So, I get the advent book on 12/5.... well after 12/1. THE KICKER>> They charged me for the Planets books and did not ship them. Products are beautiful. Fulfillment is a major disappointment. Just communicate. That's all I asked.
