These are great soaps!! They smell wonderful and the labels are fun!! My customers love them. However...Devin was very friendly and responded immediately to my messages until I requested exclusivity. At that point all communication stopped. I waited the required 30 days but no response to the request nor my subsequent messages. It's been five weeks and I'm still awaiting a response. I believe that's called "ghosting". Don't offer exclusivity if you really don't want to give it.
