SELV makes beautiful products, both visually and quality/scent. However, shipping is bad. I know the company has no control over what happens once UPS takes the parcel, but SELV could do a better job of packing to prevent damage as well. About 50% of first order was damaged, so we requested replacement. Arrived quickly, but again about half damaged. The box was severely damaged. Both times the products were just out loose in the box with no protection at all. Please pack your products better!
