Cacao and coffee share many commonalities (read my blog post about this here), including their huge flavour profiles. I have chosen to pair the ‘Neighbourhood’ blend of coffee beans from Exe Coffee Roasters with Venezuelan cocoa butter and hazelnuts to create a creamy, vegan white chocolate bar which is finished with a sprinkle of crushed coffee beans.
