Alessi Organic Pasta is made with wheat grown in the heartland of Italy where the fields are nurtured and highly valued. The perfect conditions of the land and the cool climate render sublime pasta-making grains. Combining these grains with only spring water and using centuries old bronze dies result in the highest quality of pasta in Italy. Alessi Organic Linguine is a perfect pasta for thicker, meaty sauces or the famous Italian dish, Linguine con Vongole (linguine with clam sauce). The texture of the bronze dies allows for the sauce to better adhere to the strands.
