All of our pasta is made in small batches using American grown, certified organic semolina (from durum wheat) & water only. Fusilli is a popular shape wonderful in many preparations - hot or cold, soups, pasta salads, in casseroles and more. A true family classic! Our pasta is extruded through bronze dies to create its rough texture that clings to your sauce. We dry the pasta slowly at low temperature to maintain good tooth and chew while retaining the nutrients in the flour.
