Go Bold or go home…….. Silver Streaked is a striking holographic rainbow pigment that fuses to the nail with an unmatched effect. Application: Apply base color (preferably black). Apply a layer of no wipe gel topcoat. Unscrew cap, tap up and down on cap to remove excess powder with applied applicator, buff a thin layer of flakes onto nail surface.  Brush off excess flakes off the nail. Apply a layer of builder/hard gel to prevent chipping. Seal with gel top coat.
