- BINHÃO® - The Queen of the Party! BINHÃO® is a Portuguese red wine from the Green Wine Region. Alcohol: 13% vol. Grapes Varieties: Vinhão [100%] WINEMAKING: Wine made from grapes planted on granitic-loam soils, on slopes. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature, foot treading and spontaneous fermentation. AGING: In French and Hungarian oak barrels for 8 months, with soutirage in the middle of aging. TASTING: Intense violet color, red fruit aroma, in balance with aging in barrels, with striking tannins looking for food, highly gastronomic. The cork is protected by a seal. MADE IN PORTUGAL
