The items came packaged in a plastic bag and a lot of them arrived bent or damaged. Had they been packaged better, it could have been prevented. The vendor states that items ship from the US but my package said it came from Canada. I try to keep my business in the US so that was disappointing to see. The bracelets were packaged with a ‘Made in China’ sticker right over the design and the sticker left residue when removed. I will have to unwrap them to display them… not my best experience.

We love this company and products. Shipping this time was a little less than great. Bag was ripped and taped back up. Could be the post office but not sure. Also Bracelets had to all be put on the cardboard and the sticker was covering the front of the card. Had to rebag. Wont stop me from reordering though!
