Some replacements due to damage/loss. Damage was NOT due to improper packaging; 100% from handling by shipper....NOT packing. Super impressed with the way everything was well packed & protected. More items likely would have been lost or damaged due to the egregious nature of the shipping damage had it not been for the excellent packaging. Filing for replacements w/Faire - super easy. Impressed by how fast shipping was so close to holidays and quality of products all are better than expected.

Great company with great stuff. I've ordered from Kheops sporadically for years, so I know to expect EVERYTHING (including clothing) from their warehouse to have a strong, pleasant, lingering perfume. Their incense is the most potent I've ever encountered-and I used to work for a perfume manufacturer! I didn't order any, but the free sample incense they included was so intense that I had to unpack the entire box outside. It permeated the wrappers and overwhelmed the scented candles in my order.

I love everything that arrived and was so pleased with the quality of the crystal bracelets, the ritual candles, and other items. Shipping was not the fastest- I placed an order to a company in the UK at the same time, and the order from overseas arrived several days before my order from Kheops! But that's not stopping me from ordering again, these items are much beloved in my shop and hopefully shipping will be faster this time around.

The quality of their products (specially candles) is amazing! I know my customers will appreciate it. The merchandise arrived so fast that it felt like they shipped it priority.
