Each order is crafted from scratch in Mexico, with artisans shaping the hats and painting each design by hand. Natural variations in color, brushwork, and finish are part of their individual character. MADE TO ORDER — NOT READY TO SHIP. Each case includes 50 hats in your selected size: Medium or Large. Colors and hand-painted designs are assorted and cannot be selected. Production takes approximately 2 weeks, followed by approximately 10 days in transit to our Denver, Colorado location. We inspect every hat and address any issues before shipping your order to your final destination. Estimated dispatch from Denver: 4–5 weeks after order confirmation. Delivery time from Denver to your address is additional. Timing is approximate and may vary due to artisan production or transportation delays. We added an elastic band to the crown that helps provide a better grip on the head, which is very helpful on windy days. In order to paint them by hand, we add a coat of varnish and leave them in the sun for 48 hours so that the hat hardens and we can paint it. This fedora is not soft. Feel free to ask questions!
