Moong Pani's Khichari is an Indian-style risotto that is delicious and nourishing. Our khichari is made with a blend of sprouted and cooked mung beans, par-boiled Basmati rice and flavoured with ginger, turmeric, cumin and lemon. Khichari is wholly plant-based, gluten-free, non-GMO, soy-free, nut-free and 100% natural. No artificial colors, preservatives or flavours. No MSG, sulphites or hydrogenated oils. Khichari kit is your one-pot meal that makes 5-6 generous servings. Just add water and simmer for 20 mins. Serve with a drizzle of ghee or vegan butter and a side of yogurt, pickle and your favourite veggies.
