Artwork is recessed slightly into the frame to protect the surface. Artwork is professionally printed onto a laminated panel for a smooth finish with high-definition graphics. Our frames are made from real and natural wood. We hand choose our pieces and use select-grade wood, meaning knots and other markings are not excessive, but are still possible. These are a natural feature and are not considered flaws. Stain colour will absorb slightly different on each piece.
